Hello,
I am looking for a place to house sit while it is for sale or if you go an an extended vacation. I am a long time resident who is not ready to buy because of school loans that my wife and I have accumulated over the past several years. My wife is probably going to take a job out of state and I am starting up a helicopter business here in the area so I need to find a place to stay until my company gets going. I have been a handy man for the past three years in the mountain area. I have house sat for a few people both "in home" and just checking in on a daily basis but I would like to house sit "in home" for you if the home is vacant and I would keep it in show able condition at all times. I could possibly even pay a little rent on top of paying for utilities. If you are interested in doing something like this please let me know as soon as possible.
