Thanks Monkey!
There are 2 homes and 1 22 acre piece of land available on 420... There most likely are more parcels available in that area.
There are 3 acre - 6 acre parcels still available in MeadowSprings Ranch - just before you get into Coarsegold TOwn Proper... Thornberry/420 is just after you leave Coarsegold Proper just before Oakhurst.
If you'd like to work with me - I'd be happy to take you to see land. I work with Century 21 Golden Chain out of Oakhurst.
Just let me know.
Apex Construction is a General Contractor on the Oakhurst Forums. (Patagomaniac is one of the owners - you might PM her and talk to her and her husband.)
Do you have plans already drawn up?
Do you have a home in Fresno to list? We can also help you there.
Or there are other builders of course... McConnell Homes - or "ready floor-plans" with Western, Bricker or Oak HIll Homes.

Well, Thanks for the response. We are already working with Patty @ Pine Tree out of YLP. To this date we still haven't been able to find the home we're looking for, not for lack of trying. We are more interested in the lots that may be available in the Mudge Ranch Area. Seen the 22 acre lot, lots of money. I sent an E to Peelman with some questions but still no response. I think I'd like to talk to Apex about building. Not very interested in a basic western, want something a little special. Would like to find another lot up on 420, the only one available I can find is the 22 acre. 489,000 is a lot of money for land, and takes away from what we can afford to build. I do have a house down here, all bought and paid for. Not sure if we're gonna sell, may keep for college events someday. Thanks, and I'll bet we'll be chating. Forrest
