oakhurst property management

earler this week I had a run in with oakhurst property management, Joe Topper, genraly a rude person out rite came and beat on my door demanding that I tell him my name and witch car is mine as if him being a property manager turns this from china creek into nazi creek condos.

then fabrcates a complaint to give to my land loard claiming i drove a truck 40 mph through the parking lot..... my truck has bald tires and blown out shocks
i can barly do 40 up 222

Hmmm I know Joe pretty good, and well...I have had experiences too, some bad, some good, I think both sides need to be heard, and probably not good to vent it here, especialy when using their names here on the forum.

Bender, you might want to do some searching through some old threads. I think it was about 6 months ago that there was quite a discussion on the forum regarding property managers.

I am just reviewing a bisuness and relaying that i had a bad experiance with an employee.

not trying to vent just trying to inform the public that ths guy is agressive, confrontaional, rude, and reported false facts to the guy i rent from.

Bender, thanks for your review. Just remember to not name call and state the facts (which you did quite clearly). It would be nice to have a response from Oakhurst Property Management, which quite possibly will happen...

Preferred Property Management handles my rental property. These two ladies do a great job, and I recommend them highly. I don't know anything about Oakhurst Property Management.

Preferred Property Management seems to be doing an excellent job. We have one rental in our development and it happens to be right next door to us. So we are very happy that PPM have been very responsive to the calls we have made to them regarding that rental property.
