Where is the house located? Is it at the top, or on the way up Deadwood?

It's on the way up Deadwood on the right.
It's been abondoned for a very long time. Don't know what t he story is.

I know off and on some of the local "homeless" people have been shooed off by the cops for trying to live there.

I heard that the property was inherited by family members who can't come to an agreement as to what to do with it, so it sits there. I have no idea if that is a true story, but that's what I was told by some long time residents. http://oakhurstonline.com/icon/happy.gif

I was inside that house some 12 - 15 years ago while it was still occupied. It was in terribly run down condition at that time. I don't know the story on it now.

I've been in the house beore years ago..I thought it had potential...home is where you hang your hat...it could of been fixed up really cute with some tlc...

I have been in that house & the mold is terrible, I dont know why they dont demolish it!!
