School Delays
For recent school delays, visit the last page of this topic
just got the phone call from the principal. 2 hour delay for schools ( 10/15) due to icy road conditions..

Thank you so much!! I just called one of the OES teachers and they are on the delay. I guess it is a sleep in morning!!

so Wasuma has a two hour delay? The roads have been icy before... before the snow came and went. How come they are postponing school a couple hours now?

Coarsegold School is on a 1 hour delay this morning... they called last night...
so more quiet time this morning for me... 
hubby had to go into coarsegold to get gas and called me on his way out and said the roads are really bad.. so whoever has to drive be real careful......
me I am staying inside today.... |

Don't know if you got official word Yosemite Joy...but there is a 2-hr delay for Wasuma. School starts at 10:10, buses will be picking up 2 hrs later than usual. I got word last night, but wasn't on-line to post. This is for today, Wednesday the 15th.

I would really like to know too. Would like to sleep in.
What is the point of having a phone number if they can't figure out how to make it work? There is also a message line for Wasuma, but it hasn't worked as long as I have called it (the last couple times I wanted to find out about school delays)...
Guess I will have to wake up and look at the forum in the morning to see... I will take the laptop to bed with me so in case there is a delay/cancel I can just close my eyes and pass back out.

okay I just got a phone call this morning at 6:37am and coarsegold school is now on a 2 hour delay just for coarsegold school so i wonder what the delay is for oakhurst and other schools.
just to keep anyone updated on coarsegold school
